You probably know about the next Google update planned for April 21st.

No? Then your website manager should. It’s worth checking right now, here’s why:

Billed as the biggest change to Google’s search algorithm since the Penguin and Panda updates, this latest update is designed to reward sites that are responsive to mobile devices.  Based on the last updates, this means it will clearly penalise those that aren’t.

Do you know for sure that your website is mobile friendly?  For peace of mind, here is the link to Google’s test page where you can test your site before the date.

Well done to all who passed!  You’re on track for the ongoing surge of mobile-led e-commerce that’s key to the success of your business.

If your site failed,  please do get in touch.

If your website isn’t mobile-friendly enough for Google, there may be other aspects of your business that need future-proofing to ensure the best chance of success.
